Hunting From A Blind
Hunting from a blind is a very unique strategy for deer hunting but is very common. Turkey Hunting on the other hand is even more common because...
TURKEY HUNTING FROM A GROUND BLIND
Turkey hunting from a ground blind is very common in the US because it's so affective. Reason being is you can call in turkey's and be hidden so they can't see you. Plus you should be able to get a good shot. Also you are level with the turkey and can a very easy shot to the head, neck, or Body usually.
TURKEY HUNTING FROM A ELEVATED BLIND
This strategy is not as common because you can't get a straight on level shot like a Ground blind. However this is still pretty common... You can still call them in this way but not as close and it is hard to get a head or neck shot from above, but body shots are very easy from above.
DEER HUNTING FROM A GROUND BLIND
This is a common strategy as well because... Deer will not be able to see you nearly as easy for one thing. And You can get a very good shot usually, not always tho. But usually you would put these by a food plot, edge of a field, or just somewhere in the woods sometimes. Decoys work with ground blinds as well.
Ground Blinds And Elevated Blinds have become popular over the last few years.
DEER HUNTING FROM AN ELEVATED BLIND
This may be more common than a ground blind I'm not sure. One thing is for sure and that is that you can get very good shots with elevated blinds. These usually go in the middle of a field, edge of a field, or by a food plot. You can use decoys with these as well.
