COMPOUND BOW GEAR THAT IS NEEDED
A Bow, Arrows(the amount of your choice), Quiver, Release, Stabilizer, Arrow Rest, Sight, Peep Sight, D-loop, Broadheads, Field Tips, and maybe a few other things if you would like, that is completely up to you on that part.
CROSSBOW GEAR THAT IS NEEDED
Crossbow, Bolts(arrows), Quiver, Broadheads, Scope sight, Cocking device, and then you can add a Few things but that is up to you.
tradional archery GEAR THAT IS NEEDED
Bow, Arrows, Quiver (of some kind), Broadheads, Field Tips,Maybe a glove for pulling the bow back, and you can add your own stuff as well.
BIG GAME HUNTING
You will need as follows: Bow (of some kind), Arrows (of any amount and the size to fit your bow), Release (if a compound), Scope (if a crossbow), Broadheads (for any and all bows), Field Tips (for any and all bows),Quiver (for any and all bows), Bolts (if a crossbow), Cocking Device (if a crossbow), Sight (if a compound), Peep Sight (if a compound), D-Loop (if a compound), Stabilizer (if a compound), And you can add more if you want. Those things are just the necessities.

Some people need to do more in the Archery Business
SMALL GAME HUNTING
Two or three weeks of archery deer season is the only time some bowhunters wrap their fingers around a bow's grip. Many bowhunters invest only a few weeks of random practice before opening day, and then allot a few weekends to hunt after the opener. After those few weeks are over, they hang up their bows and move on to other pursuits until the next archery deer season rolls around. It's a shame, too, because those hunters are missing out on one of archery's greatest challenges and thrills — arrowing small game.
You usually would use a gun for small game but Archery makes it more challenging and fun so why not give it a try? Here is what you will probably need: Bow (of some kind best if a Compound or Traditional), Lots of Arrows, Small game broadheads, Quiver, and maybe a Few more things of your choice.

Bowcase, Arm Guard, Silencers(almost a must), Allen Wrench, String Wax, Camel Pack, Arrow Removal Tools, Arrow Lubrication.
